Knowing that Call of Duty gamers are always looking for unique items, we made a campaign for Season 7 that rewarded Call of Duty: Mobile players with an exclusive in-game rifle only available through Facebook. We brought the game to life in an interactive way using feed, 360 video and Immersive Experience ads. In the evolving mobile marketing landscape, we found that innovative upper funnel advertising will be more important than ever for mobile game advertisers. We intentionally experimented with high fidelity, deep engagement ad units, and found great added value that complimented the always-on direct response BAU campaigns.
